Please help me identify what type of pill this is! I found it and have no clue what it is!

What are hydroxychloroquine tablets?
HYDROXYCHLOROQUINE (Plaquenil(R)) helps to relieve swelling, stiffness and joint pain associated with rheumatoid arthritis. It is effective in controlling the symptoms of systemic lupus erythematosus. Hydroxychloroquine is also sometimes used to suppress and treat acute attacks of malaria.

This is a round white pill with 66 with a line under it and a 260. Not positive if the "6" are G, thanks

260 54 a very small white looking pill with 260 and 54 on one side the numbers are bottom to bottom?
a very small round white looking pill with 260 and 54 wrote bottom to bottom, blank on reverse side of the pill

It cracked open and theres a small white pill in the middle with no markings on it. is this normal?
