i have this small peachy-orange pill, that has a small fancy v and then theres a line, and above it the number 3571

V 3571 is 25mg Hydrochlorothiazide (generic for Hydrodiuril) a diuretic. Diuretics increase the amount of urine passed, which causes the body to lose water and salt.
