When it comes to sleeping everyone is different,people can get any where from 4 to 12 hours a night it depends on you,most docs say at least 8 hours but thats just a fact.you can try different amounts and see how you feel in the morning,hope this helps

Depends upon individuals, usually a 8 hour sleep is what a body requires, again depending upon the work which is done bu an individual; hope this helps?
