... suggested these and I would like to hear from people who have tried either of them. What were your results, side effects, etc? I take a fair amount of other RX and am wondering if I need to worry about anything interacting with it. Please respond in the next 24 hours as I have errands to run on Saturday and would like to buy it if it is going to help out some.

Hi Sandy, I am taking melatonin, and everyone here says it does not interact with any meds. I do not know about calm forte, but let me know if it works!!
Someone told me that valerion root (sp?) works well, and you can purchase melatonin and v. root together.
Good luck to you, hope you (and I) get some sleep!!

Careful with the Valerian Root if you are taking other medicines. There is an interaction. Insomnia seems to be a common denominator. Someone mentioned delayed release melatonin if you can obtain it. Dare I say sweet dreams?.
