I have never heard of using vitamins and herbs for hemorrhoids. A cream made for hemorrhoids, with benzocaine usually, will help the pain much better. If the pain is really bad, a doctor can prescribe other things.

I can tell you what we have here, I'm not sure if you can get it there. We have cream, anusol or preparation H. Doctors have stronger things to offer if you have a real bad problem with it.
