Is dextroamphetamine a good choice to counteract the fatigue?
Since this drug makes you very drowsy, disoriented how do you take it&drive& function during day?

If Saphris is really affecting your daily activities by causing drowsiness, etc. your doctor may need to review the medication. Perhaps try a lower dose or another medicine. I personally don't think taking dextroamphetamine, to counteract the side effect symptoms , is a good option.
Please discuss with your doctor... they may have some ideas.
