burning and tingling in my hands 304 times a night. Is this a side effect of this drug?
Since taking fenofibrate 54 mg along with 40mg crestor I have been waking up at night with numbness?

I would suggest that you see your doctor immediately. Fenofibrate and Crestor have the potential of a serious interaction and your symptoms could be part of it.
