Yes it could be a Sinus infection. One thing that might help is something called a Sinus Rinse. Here is a website so you know what it look like. I use it daily and it work great and cleans out your sinuses extremely well. Hope this helps!

Ohhh I am so sorry.. If the pain keeps comming back then go to an ENT and have your sinus cleaned out. It is day surgery but I have to tell you this was the best thing I ever had done.
If this is a first time do what mitjason suggested.

Absolutely You more than likely need antibiotic. Do you have a fowl odor from mucous dripping down your throat? Yuck Hope this helps
