When you stop taking Tricor because of all the side effects is it possible if you are a female that it would trigger an early menstral cycle?

I am not aware of Tricor causing your menstrual period to start, when the medicine is stopped. It would be highly unlikely ... but if there is no other possible reason then it may be the case.

I recently went off Tricor 6 weeks ago and now I have had 2 periods this month and the second one has already lasted 10 days. I am also on birth control, so my periods are usually very regular and last 3-5 days.
