My friend recently had sepsis was taken to emergency and spent some time in ICU. He is home now, but even can't remember his house address. Is memory loss a part of this health issue and any tips how he can stay healthy?

You didn't specify what type of sepsis he had, but sepsis is a bacterial infection that gets in the bloodstream so I would have to say since it would cirlulate throughout the body, that the brain could be involved. I have no idea whether this could be permanent or temporary at all. Try typing Sepsis in the search box above & it will take you to all kinds of links about this. I wish him well... Mary
