I have a prescription of singulair that is 3 months old and I don't know if i should dispense it to my child. Could you help me answer that?

Do you mean you have the medicine? Well if you didn't need it when it was prescribed ... then just keep it and next time you go to the doctor ask them whether you need to give it to your baby or you need to throw it out. The medicine itself won't have expired in 3 months.
