My GP has prescribed Campral but knows I am still drinking. The leaflet with the tablets states to only take Campral after you have stopped drinking. Should I still take the tablets?
Should I take Campral Acamprosate if I am still drinking?

Ideally you should have stopped all alcohol before beginning treatment with Campral.
Campral has not been shown to be effective in patients still drinking - although in animal studies it has shown to reduce alcohol intake.
