Should I be taking papaverine if I have Parkinsons?

The literature is contradicting - some reports say papaverine may block the effects of levodopa ( a drug often give to treat parkinsons)

Why has Papaverine been removed from the market?

It worked fabulously for my Raynaud's Phenomenon. Was it withdrawn due to misuse by teenagers? I never noticed any adverse affects.
