Should a 2 yr old child be prescribed sinemet for Dystonia?

I've done some research but have not been able to find any answers. Other members may be more knowledgeable so please be patient.
If you know of a 2 year old that needs Sinemet, and are unsure as to whether you are doing the right thing, you could seek a second opinion.
The information I have read only gives recommended doses for adults.
