I have had an illeostomy with 4ft. of small intestine, no large for 20 years. Would love to connect with someone who may be experiencing the same symptoms. I have large volume output. I can only eat certain things, very few veggies and my drink options are also limited. I am still active and love to do things, however my illeostomy sometimes prevents life from happening. For the most part i am healthy, just no guts! I am looking for food ideas, drink ideas, and activity ideas. Would also like to have someone to talk to. Thanks.
