Shall I take Allopurinol in case if I have joint attack (crisis ) ??

Allopurinol is used more as a preventative for gout. It inhibits production of uric acid, which causes gout symptoms.
For acute gout you may need to use medicines like colchicine or other anti-inflammatory drugs. You can also use probenecid in an acute attack.

in case the gout increased in the blood will be acute and will attack one joint (Joint inflammation )
