Seroquel - What is the difference between XR and CR? Is it the same thing?

I've been switched from the Seroquel XR to the CR, and I am worried that it won't work well for me.

XR and CR refer to Extended Release and Continuous Release. Actually both two medicines work the same for you. You should not worry about that

Seroquel xr means extended release and seroquel cr means it releases in your body over a period of time so it stays in your system longer. It will still work great for you if your using it for sleep. Or if your doctor perscribed it for another reason.

The er is a lot better i tried that and switched back er keeps a better blood level I went nuts without er The er was 135 and the regular caps were 100 less but reg does nothing and you have to take it 6 times aday and your not going to wake up and take it so er you take once and your good for 24 hrs. Trust me its not worth tring to save money when it comes to your health and theres a reason its that cheap.its useless.
