Princess2...Has anyone been changed over to Seroquel XR and had any side effects? It seems like the only two that i'm having in tingling in only my right arm and last night i took it (600mg) real late and got up early this morning and by noon felt like i couldn't hold my body up and felt like i was going to faint if I would have stood up.
Also has anyone heard if Topomax counteracts the weight gain from other medications? I am currently on 4 meds and i have gained about 40 pounds so far in the last 8 months. i take seroquel XR, Klonopin, Effexor XR and Trileptal.

princess22008; Let me say right off the bat, you are taking way too many meds that all do the same thing. This is why you are feeling the way that you do. You will continue to gain the weight on all of these medications. I am so surprised that you can function. Please have another Dr take a look at what you are on. These meds are going to interact one day. As you take more, they build up in your system and eventually your liver and kidneys will not be able to filter them. Good luck to you.

Actually i was just taken off Lexapro and the Wellbutrin within the last month so it's getting better and don't feel like a pharmacy anymore since there is only 4 now.
