You might feel some rebound constipation for a few days but you should be fine. That is what tends to get people in a viscious cycle-the rebound constipation so be sure to eat lots of unsoluable fiber or take a fiber supplement like Benefiber and drink plenty of water until you get back to normal in your bowel movements.
