Im 45 and am certain I get migraines from pms and during all hormonal changes. Im wondering is anyone else out there taking this at my age?
I also have ms. Pms makes ms worse. (I also have endometriosis)

YES! I am. I've had menstrual migraines (I have them at ovulation as well) for 15 yrs. This is the first thing that's prevented them - or at least greatly reduced them - for me. I am 40 yrs old. However, I am getting worried that Seasonique might be affecting my mood in an adverse way (depression, pessimistic thinking, etc.). It's gotten so bad that I'm thinking I might have to try something else. :( Is it working for you?

Thank you for your replies :)
Actually in answer to your question how am I doing on it... I am chicken to try it so far but the usp progesterone cream and wild yam, is helping significantly.
THAT said... Ive noticed a difference in my mood from the progesterone and its kinda miserable. Being that Im using it almost all month or migraines occur.
Plus my cycles run so close now. (as I age)
I may have to try the pills tho' Im having breakthru' migraines now on the cream, I did up the dose. Ive been using the cream for over 3 mo's now, first two months had odd periods or none and sore breasts first month.
Now everythings normal but moody as heck.
Ive read the pills high in progesterone like seasonique will do this and it scares me because Im already bad enough on cream only. That with the pill risks scares me at my age and activity level.

My daughter is taking the generic seasonique; however, get to a bio-identical endocrinologist NOW. Oh, my God, I was in your place just 2 years ago, and have NEVER felt so good in all my life as I do now. I was having so many issues hormonally, and my ObGyn and family doc didn't know what to do except prescribe Vicadin. I have not had ONE hormonal headache in 2 years because I got the bio-identical hormones, and I had a hysterectomy... I feel so great!

Its sloth, I had to try the seasonique now, break thru' migraines on natural progesterone after several mo's use. They are working great but its only been a week. Im praying I dont have horrid side affects (stroke, blood clots etc) cause of my age. I just cant function with migraines for three weeks and the last week tenderness at base of skull, fatigue and misery returning by weeks end.
Hopefuly seasonique will cont to help, I dont wanna be fat an bald either but at least migraine free LOL. (Im already fat, by like 50 lbs over so dont let me offend).
