Seasonale - if I didnt skip a pill ( I'm taking it for few years)and I feel alittle nauseous and?

Highly likely that you aren't pregnant and the nausea is only due to hormones, however there is that very small chance that you could be pregnant even if you took it correctly all the time. It might be a good idea to have a pregnancy test done.
