Hi bcampbell, I'm figuring you're a guy by your avatar so I really have no right answering this as I am female... but... I have taken a bunch of anti-depressants and can offer alittle on the subject. In comparison to all the others like celexa, lexapro, wellburtin, Savella has been least inhibiting of desire and functioning. If I may be blunt here If you are to have any effects at all in this area I think you might be a little less sensitive getting an erection, but still get one, take longer gettin to the finish line lol, which could be a very good thing depending on how one looks at that lol. And I would assume the dosage you're taking would influence the effects too. Charge on and give it your best shot lol, good luck mindy
