Salagen - If you take this continuously and still do not have any saliva, is it worth taking?

I have a severe case of Sjogrens and Salagen/Evoxac do not seem to make it any better but it may be worse without it. ????

If you don't think it is helping then perhaps ask your doctor what else you could use. May be try a saliva substitute.
