I take it out and take it rite away is this bad? or does it even matter?
Saizen - is it very important to wait 30 min. after you take it out of the fridge?

It is for a more comfortable injection to take it out of the fridge and warm it up. Cold injections are more painful. My son takes Genotropin which is basically the same thing and he doesnt usually wait the 30 min but he does have a little more discomfort when the solution is cold but he is sixteen and doesnt have time to wait, you know. lol

I always wait 15 or 20 minutes after taking it out the fridge. I noticed when I took it straight away that it seemed painful - but that was probably because it was so cold.
