Hello Survivor14, & welcome to the site. I did put your info into the Drug interreactor listed above in blue, but unfortunately it diesn't have the listings for supplements. You shoud know tho' they do list foods & other drugs you should avoid that do have reactions with lisinopril In fact there are 590 other drugs that interreact with lisinopril. I will give the info I found, & hope this may help. Find out what exactly is in this tea, but it sounds like you are safe as long as it is not a potassium rich. Good luck to you & below is this info... Mary
GENERALLY AVOID: Moderate-to-high dietary intake of potassium can cause hyperkalemia in some patients who are using angiotensin converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors. In some cases, affected patients were using a potassium-rich salt substitute. ACE inhibitors can promote hyperkalemia through inhibition of the renin-aldosterone-angiotensin (RAA) system.

MANAGEMENT: It is recommended that patients who are taking ACE inhibitors be advised to avoid moderately high or high potassium dietary intake. Particular attention should be paid to the potassium content of salt substitutes.
