Pill imprint M 89 has been identified as Meloxicam 15 mg.
Meloxicam is used in the treatment of osteoarthritis; rheumatoid arthritis; juvenile rheumatoid arthritis; tendonitis; fibromyalgia (and more), and belongs to the drug class nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory agents. Risk cannot be ruled out during pregnancy.
Meloxicam 15 mg is not subject to the Controlled Substances Act.

The only imprint is a "d" on one side, maybe a "p" if you rotate it. That is all for the imprint. It is light yellow and round.

Round yellow plus sign like symbol to split four ways. Can really read markings on it. Maybe 0221 not sure can't see it.
