Can anyone identify a small flat round white pill with M on one side and 10 on the other side?

The one I have has score lines-- right above & right below the number 10.

I'm pretty sure it's just some form of aspirin or acetaminophen or ibuprofen. It has no numbers or letters. It's round and white.
