Found a few pills... they are round, white and have E 44 printed on them. The tablet is scored on the other side that looks like a t or something... i've looked it up with out sucess. Any ideas??

I'm pretty sure it's just some form of aspirin or acetaminophen or ibuprofen. It has no numbers or letters. It's round and white.
