Pill imprint 3973 V has been identified as Lisinopril 20 mg.
Lisinopril is used in the treatment of high blood pressure; heart failure; heart attack; diabetic kidney disease; migraine prevention (and more), and belongs to the drug class angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors. There is positive evidence of human fetal risk during pregnancy.
Lisinopril 20 mg is not subject to the Controlled Substances Act.

do they make a 20mg ritalin, round and white with a 20 on one side, and the letter "m" inside of a square box?

I have a pill it has DAZ scoremark 5619 on one side and a 5 on the other side it is white and round?
I believe it is DAZ, but could be DAN, below the scoremark is 5619. The other side has only a 5 and it is large. White/round/flat

They have a z or n on one side nothing on other side.there white an smaller than a ladybug.
