Pill imprint Logo (Actavis) 228 has been identified as Oxymorphone Hydrochloride Extended-Release 10 mg.
Described as orange, round tablets, debossed with the Actavis logo on one side and “228” on the other side.

Half a pill, was scored in middle. orange or peach in color. Cannot tell whatelse is supposed to be on it.

It is a round pill broken in half. The color of the pill is peach and on the front of the half of this pill is the letter, N, and nothing on the back.
