Hello raquel ayra. Ritalin should be taken as directed, meaning simply if you were prescribed a dose, for example 3 times a day, you'd be better of taking it that way. Most all drugs, do thier best when taken on a regular basis forthey are meant to be taken that way, for it (ritalin) is a medication.
