Rho (D) Immune Globulin - I am A- an recently delivered my first child, who is o+. I was discharged from the hospital prior to receiving my Rhogam shot. I know that it is supposed to be administered within 72 hours. I contacted the hospital and received the dose late at approx 106 hours. Should I be concerned about future pregnancies? Could this oversight on the hospital negatively impact my future ability to carry a child full-term or to deliver a healthy baby?
Are there any long term repercussions of receiving the Rhogam shot late?

It has been 6 days since being cut by my cat. I got a booster shot about 35 hours later. Is that too late for it to be effective?
