I'm having a hard time finding this on the internet, as well as "yahoo answer's", seems no-one has heard of this before, so I thought I would try here:)
I am retaining water, but what I want to know is, can your eye's retain also? I have pocket filled fluid on the outside corner, on the whites of the eyeball itself, it looks like my eye's are filled with tears, but you cant wipe it away, the water is under a layer of the whites, so has anyone heard of this before, and if so, is it normal when your retaining water? thank you!

Hi what you have is very serious--- GLAUCOMA.-
I am not an ophtalmologist nor pretend to be one at all.
You must set an appoinment with this specialist ASAP.- for this is no game, I have read about this condition, and have done more than enough research about it in the past.- There are various treatments for this condition..OK--- so do not panic.-
Glaucoma is a disease in which the optic nerve(also called cranial nerve II, transmits visual information from the retina to the brain) is damaged, leading to progressive, irreversible loss of vision. It is often, but not always, associated with increased pressure of the fluid in the eye.

Hi Teal, you need to go to your eye doctor right away, there are several conditions that can cause this or it could be a symptom of a more serious disease. I have only seen this condition in patients with blocked vitreous ducts, and post-op eye patients. Please don't delay. Keep me posted, your friend Guby.
