.Has anyone ever felt a DECREASE in Adderalls effectiveness because of taking other certain meds with it? Also, does it seem to be more effective by eating with it or does it not seem to matter?? Thank you

I take Lexapro, Ativan, Tramadol and Adderall on a regular basis and have only noticed that the Ativan does slow down the effects of the Adderall as it is a depressant and counter-acts the 'energy' you get from Adderall, which is why I take it at night to help me sleep. Also, I do find Adderall to be much more effective when taken on an empty stomach (not too empty as it could make you jittery depending on how high your dosage is and how long it has been since you last ate). It appears to react way more effectively with me when taken on an empty stomach, but I also have a high tolerance for medicines. Try taking it before you eat one time and then after you eat another time and see which way works better for you. I recommend that if you are prone to be more sensitive to medications, always have something in your stomach first.
