Hi Txgrandy,
Yes these pills are Clonidine HCL 0.1mg. They are probably a generic. It looks like the manufacturer is Qualitest Pharm. I know for me some generic medications don't work as well as others or especially the name brand. My advise would be if your bp is not being controlled properly to contact your prescribing doctor and discuss it with him/her. Hope this helps.
