I have degenerative disk in my neck. My primary has been giving me injections until my insurance changed. Now I have new insurance United Healthcare, and they are denying claims "unless" I can prove "scientific/additional information that this med is safe & "proven" to work. I've been searching online for this type infor, but not able to find the actual needed infor. as stated above. If you could please point me to the right direction I'd be most grateful. These injections have changed the number of Migraines I get by more than half in month time span. So you see why I need this documentaion not only for financial reasons but mostly for my health.
