R 636--It could in all likelihood be 600mg Gabapentin (Neurontin). It is an anticonvulsant. It's also used to treat Postherpetic Neuralgia, Epilepsy. Italso blocks nerve pain and is an excellent treatment for RLS (Resstless Leg Syndrome). I don't know if you're color blind or not but this pill and all the pills I found with that description are more on the light greenish color side rather than light blue. I'll continue to look tho.
