I believe this is a acetaphamine hydro. Is this correct?

Your pill is Extra Strength Un-Aspirin, which contains acetaminophen 500 mg. It is a generic version of Tylenol Extra Strength.
Description: round, white tablet, embossed with “X/U” and “ZEE”.
