I suffer from condromalaysia patella of both knees which also comes with severe arthritis... I'm only 37 years old and the pain can be unbearable. My keyhole had me on narco 7.5 for the last year or so but has told me he does not want to continue with it. Surgery would be full knee replacements which at my age and with my 3 little ones is not an option. Most days the only way I make it through is bc I can manage the pain with the meds but that is no more and I don't know what to do. I work on my feet all eve at work and am on my feet or crawling around with ny children all day and I'm at a loss. Does anyone know what I should do? I live in Nassau County on Long Island. thank you so much!
