Sorry, have been unable to find a match for 6340.
There is however a pill with imprint G340 - the G is often misread as a 6. This may be your pill?

Pill imprint G340 has been identified as Sulfamethoxazole and Trimethoprim 800 mg / 160 mg. It is a generic version of Bactrim DS and is an antibiotic commonly used in the treatment of urinary tract and upper respiratory tract infections.

It is described as a white, oval tablet.
