Pill imprint Logo 155 has been identified as Buprenorphine Hydrochloride 8 mg (base) and Naloxone Hydrochloride 2 mg (base) manufactured by Actavis. It is a generic version of Suboxone. The Actavis logo is often described as a "half moon" or "D".
Description: Each white to off-white, round tablet debossed with the Actavis logo on one side and 155 on the other side.
