Cherie, here's what the manufacturer states:
Proper storage of Pyrantel Pamoate Suspension:
Store Pyrantel Pamoate Suspension at room temperature, between 59 and 86 degrees F (15 and 30 degrees C). Store away from heat, moisture, and light. Do not store in the bathroom. Keep Pyrantel Pamoate Suspension out of the reach of children and away from pets
However, you may still want to ask the advise of a pharmacist. This type of information is within their scope of knowledge and specialty, even if it is an OTC medication they should still know.
If the pharmacist, for some reason, cant tell you then it would be best to just discard the medication and buy new-better to be safe than sorry!
