... experienced occasional blood in my urine for the last 18 months and i have noticed i am bruising easier. I have had multiple CT scans and 1 cystoscope procedure to determine the cause but nothing except a small 2 mm kidney stone.I also have occasional elevated GGT levels as well as slightly elevated ALT. Is it possible these are related to puesdoephedrine complications and Flonase,Nasonex side effects?
Also i have in the last time period shown prehyper tension and elevated Heart rate.
I have weight trained for the last 15 years 3x week

I can't believe that you have been taking claritin-d for over 16 years. Pseudoephedrine is only intended to be used short term ie. 7 to 10 days. The steroid nasal sprays eg Flonase, Nasonex are a lot safer option. Claritin by itself is safe to take for long term allergies.
You can view comprehensive and accurate side-effect profiles of your medicines here:

I too have taken Claritin D for over 15 years and have not experienced any side effects. Although now my blood pressure is beginning to rise to dangerous levels. I eat healthy and exercise. My doctor says if it continues to be this high I will have to go on meds. I am trying to give up the D but it is highly addictive.

Hi Suzanne,
Thank for the comments regarding my useage of Claritin D. If you you have any suggestions in addition to Flonase and Nasonex to replace the decongestant i would appreciate your thoughts. I have tried several other natural herbs Congaplex and Natures Miracle that unfortunately not been effective..
