I get recurring muscle spasms in my neck, today however, just one week after my neck has relaxed back to normal from my most recent spasm I have a muscle spasm in my lower back! It is extremely painful and results in me bring unable to move for up to four days a time! My GP just prescribes diazepam but does not give me any information on what is causing it and why it keeps happening! Inbetween spasms i am usually quite active and eat a healthy diet! Can anyone help with what may be causing this and how I can prevent it from happening? I get no warning signals, usually I just wake up in agony and unable to move my head!
