I also was put on Vistaril and Inderal for anxiety. For the most part together they work pretty well. I still have to take Xanax if the anxiety gets out of control, but in very low doses, and not every day. I also was put on Buspar in the past and it did not work for me either. It made me very tired and little else. The Vistaril also can make me tired, but thats much better than out of it. If vistaril can control your anxiety that is great will also keep your seasonal allergies under control. Good Luck to you.

Tried Buspar in the past for long term anxiety. Didn't work well. Don't want long term. Only occasional. Couple times a year.
