If I was prescribed Nifedipine for preterm labor at 34 1/2 weeks, but I already have very low blood pressure, should I be concerned?

Hi, i would hope that your Dr would have taken this in to account? I don't know if you should be very concerned but you should take care of yourself, eat regularly, don't drink alcohol, don't exercise excessively. You may also be more prone to the side effects of this medication as you have low bp already.
