I Have been prescribed Aldara cream for four weeks three times a week. I was told to read the leaflet carefully. It does say for all treatments to apply before sleeping - this I am doing but have received a copy of a letter from the dermatologist to my doctor stating that it should be applied in the morning. Should I change from evening to morning (I have used the cream for one week so far). Question: does it make any difference using it in the morning as opposed to using it before sleeping.
