for 25 years after a hysterectomy I have taken Premarin reduced to 0.3mg per day then for last 3 years 1 one day then half the next. I have reduced to half per day now (49yrs old) but am getting menopause symptoms really bad. should I increase the dose again to alternate days. In NZ this drug is no longer subsidized so is very expensive but no other oestragin tab seems as good
Premarin 0.3mg half one day 1 the next but 25yrs later am having HF and NS should I up dosage again?
