Pregnancy - I'm 5 weeks pregnant, can I take Aleve and/or Tylenol?

Tylenol is usually your safest bet but be sure to clear it with your OB Dr first.

Tylenol is ok, but Aleve is not.

I've had two children and as far as I know the O.B. usually gives you a list but everybody is different most women can have tylenol but make sure you talk to your doctor or call and talk to someone in his office
