This from http://www.drugs.com/pregnancy/chloroquine.html
"Chloroquine has not been formally assigned to a pregnancy category by the FDA. There are no controlled data in human pregnancies.
Chloroquine should only be given during pregnancy when need has been clearly established"
In other words you should try and avoid taking chloroquine whilst pregnant.
Do you need to go on the trip? Is malaria a real threat?
Good luck
